We offer three Summit passes. All passes include a full-access ticket to the virtual event.
We're excited to offer contests to win NSLS merchandise and a share of $10,000 in scholarships. Our Summit host will share how to enter these contests during the opening session and throughout the day. Attendees will also receive additional information at the email address they submitted during registration.
No, the Summit is not included in your membership. The event is optional and requires the purchase of a ticket.
No, the Summit is an optional event and members are not required to attend as part of the Induction steps.
If you've ordered merchandise through the Captain Pass, Galaxy Pass, or NSLS Shop by 5pm ET on October 19th, you can expect it to arrive at your shipping address by November 10th*, just in time for the Summit.
For orders placed after October 19th, we'll do our best to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. However, please note that it may arrive after the event on November 11th.
*While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee arrival as unforeseen product or shipping delays may occur.
All attendees of the Summit need to register for the event. Although virtual, the Summit provides many opportunities to connect with other attendees, attend Zoom sessions, and win prizes/scholarships. Only registered attendees are eligible to participate in these offerings and more.
Yes! You can purchase Summit merchandise on our Shop website here, however, these purchases do not include access to the Summit.
We are working hard to finalize our speaker lineup and full agenda. We'll have this available soon. In the meantime, we can share with you that the Summit will run from approximately 11am - 5pm ET.
You may register for the virtual Summit until 5 p.m. ET on November 9, 2023.
Virtual tickets can be canceled and refunded no later than 5 p.m. ET on Friday, November 3.
You should expect to receive final event information by email at least one week before your selected Leadership Summit(s). This email will provide the final information to prepare you for the event.
You will receive access to the virtual platform approximately one week before the event.
Emails with videos and resources to help you prepare to use the virtual event platform, how to participate, and more will be sent in the days leading up to the event.

While this event is virtual, we recommend either NSLS swag or business casual attire as you have the option to participate with your camera on during certain sessions.
Registrations cannot be transferred to another person. To request a cancellation, please contact our Member Experience Team using one of the outreach methods found here.
If you miss the cancellation window and cannot attend the live virtual event, you still receive full access to the Summit platform, including session recordings, which will be available the Friday following the Summit.
