Answers to our most frequently asked Summit questions.


Virtual registration provides event platform access including keynotes, panels, workshop sessions, networking, and giveaways (if applicable). 

In-person registration provides access to the above plus breakfast, snacks, and lunch during the conference. Lodging and transportation costs are not included.  

Early Bird Pricing (Available through August 30, 2022)

  • Virtual - October 14-15 - $90
  • In-Person - November 4-5 (Saint Peter's University, Jersey City, NJ) - $190
  • Attend Both - $238 (15% Discount

Standard Pricing (September 1, 2022, and beyond)

  • Virtual - October 14-15 - $110
  • In-Person - November 4-5 (Saint Peter's University, Jersey City, NJ) - $210
  • Attend Both - $272 (15% Discount)

You may register for our Summits until 5 p.m. ET one week before the start of the event. 

Please note that our cancellation policy requires a 14-day notice. Any registrations within 14 days of the event cannot be canceled or refunded. You can read our complete cancellation policy within the FAQs. 

Final registration day for each Summit: 

  • Oct. 14-15 - Final day to register: Oct. 7
  • Nov. 4-5 - Final day to register: Oct. 21

NSLS has negotiated a discounted rate with several area hotels if you need overnight lodging. You can find more information about our partner hotels and transportation by clicking here.

You should expect to receive final event information by email at least one week before your selected Leadership Summit(s). This email will provide the final information to prepare you for the event. 


Registrations cannot be transferred to another event or person. To change events you will need to cancel your registration and re-register.  To request a cancelation, please contact our Member Experience Team using one of the outreach methods found here


You may cancel your registrations provided your request is received at least 14 days before the Summit. To cancel at least 14 days before the event, contact our Member Experience Team using one of the outreach methods found here

Unfortunately, no cancellations or refunds can be given less than 14 days before the event.

The final cancellation dates for each Summit are listed below: 

  • Oct. 14-15 - Last cancellation date is Oct. 1
  • Nov. 4-5 - Last cancellation date is Oct. 21

If you miss the cancellation window and cannot attend the virtual event live, you still receive full access to the Summit platform, including session recordings, which will be available the Friday following the Summit. Access to in-person content will not be available if the event is missed. 

Virtual attendees will receive emails with videos and resources to help you prepare to use the virtual event platform, how to be particpate, and more.

In-person attendees will receive emails with information on travel, the event venue, and more within a month of the event.

Beyond this, come with lots of energy, ideas to share, and a willingness to learn. We'll take care of the rest.

The recommended attire for both virtual and in-person events is business casual.

At this time, we plan to host our in-person event. It is recommended that attendees are fully vaccinated but not required. Masks may be worn by personal choice.

In the event we cannot host in person, the event will be transitioned to the virtual space. Registrants will receive a partial refund to match the virtual pricing or can request a refund and cancel their registration altogether.

You’ll discover yourself, learn from each other, and dream together. But most of all, you’ll have fun doing it!
