You may register for our Virtual Summits until noon ET at least two days before each event.
Please note that our cancellation policy requires a 14-day notice. Any registrations within 14 days of the event cannot be canceled or refunded. You can read our complete cancellation policy within the FAQs.
Final registration day for each Summit:
You should expect to receive final event information by email at least one week before your selected Leadership Summit(s). This email will provide the final information to prepare you for the event.
Registrations cannot be transferred to another person. You may transfer your registration to another Summit, provided you request the transfer at least seven days before the scheduled start of your original Summit registration. To request a transfer at least seven days before the event, contact our Member Experience Team using one of the outreach methods found here.

If you miss the transfer window and cannot attend live, you still receive full access to the Summit platform you initially registered to, including session recordings, which will be available the Friday following each Summit.
Please note that you may not cancel transfers requested after the last cancellation date of your original Summit registration.
You may cancel your registrations provided your request is received at least 14 days before the Summit. To cancel at least 14 days before the event, contact our Member Experience Team using one of the outreach methods found here.
Unfortunately, no cancellations or refunds can be given less than 14 days before the event.

You will receive emails with videos and resources to help you prepare to use the virtual event platform, how to be successful, and more. Beyond this, come with lots of energy, ideas to share, and a willingness to learn. We'll take care of the rest.
While the event is virtual, you will be encouraged to participate in networking and small group sessions, so we recommend business casual attire.

At this time, we plan to host our in-person event with the requirement of all attendees being fully vaccinated. In the event we cannot host in-person, the event will be transitioned to the virtual space. Registrants will receive a partial refund to match the virtual pricing or can request a refund and cancel their registration completely.
