Collene Bay-Andersen Joins the NSLS as Executive Vice President of North American Services

MIAMI, August 22, 2022: The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) is proud to announce our new Executive Vice President of North American Services, Collene Bay-Andersen. Her results-driven focus aligns with the organization's overall mission, while her expertise implementing academic solutions will directly impact the growth of the NSLS.

For the past seven years, she acted as vice president of corporate and academic alliances at the University of Phoenix, where she helped university partners overcome various challenges surrounding talent acquisition, upskilling, and employee retention.

As vice president for Workforce Solutions, she conceptualized and launched a national concurrent enrollment nursing program, allowing community college students to simultaneously complete their associate and bachelor's degrees. She has been recognized as a leading expert in business processes in the higher education space, with several national speaking credits to her name.

She has also held several advisory-specific roles, including at the HOSA-100 National Advisory Board, which empowers future health professionals to become leaders in the global health community; chapter officer for the Arizona HIMSS, providing leadership to foster the advancement of information technology in healthcare; the Higher Education Innovation Advisory Council; plus, many roles on the University of Phoenix Academic Advisory Boards. 

She began her career with Brandman University in marketing and business development, eventually overseeing academic partnerships for Kaplan University and Chamberlain University College of Nursing.

She is a graduate of California State University's School of Business, and holds an MBA in business administration with a graduate certificate in healthcare informatics from the University of Phoenix. She lives with her husband in Arizona and enjoys paddle boarding, canyoneering, traveling, horseback riding, and spending time with her three daughters.
