Laura Corddry, M.Ed., is the Associate Vice President of Student Experience at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). She has spent her entire career in the student services and support side of higher education with an operational focus, including call center and workforce operations, online community management, dispute resolution and risk assessment as well as employee engagement, communication and training. Laura is a lifelong resident of Massachusetts where she lives with her wife and two children, ages 17 and 19.
